Want some low cal treats for your sweet tooth?

The only way to get your fat loss plan to succeed is to make IT fit around YOUR lifestyle otherwise it’s not going to work long term. My downfall is sweet-tasting foods. It makes me laugh when I go on social media and see all the “health & fitness gurus” with superfoods and salads all day long. Don’t believe the hype!

I challenge anyone to match my sweet tooth. I’ve been known to hop in the car at 1 A.M. and pick up a tub of Ben & Jerry’s simply because I couldn’t get to sleep without it. The only way I get round it nowadays is having a few go-to recipes that I keep prepared at all times just incase my sugar vampire decides to pounce.

What I like about ice lollies versus a cookie, tart or cake is that it takes a while to eat it. My problem with cakes is by the time I realise I’ve had enough I’ve already eaten 7 of them.

 

BUT.

If you’re looking for something to warm you up on those cold winter nights (because your central heating isn’t enough) try a couple of these cookie recipes that you can heat up and maybe even add an Options Hot Chocolate which only has 40 calories and a meager 5g of sugar per serving.
