(N.W.A) The Los Angeles method to building a better body
A while back I went to check out the Straight Outta Compton movie with Mrs. Obi.
For those of you that don’t know what the movies about:
It follows that story of Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Yella, MC Ren and Eazy-E (members that make up the Rap group N.W.A.) who grew up in Compton, Los Angeles.
Even though their music was about growing up in poverty and crime Rolling Stone Magazine reported 85% of the group’s’ $296 million sales came from middle class suburbs around the world like Dulwich and Highgate.
“Obi, what has rap got to do with health and fitness?”
There was a scene where Dr.Dre lets the executive of the record label he signed to (Suge Knight) know that if they didn’t support him and start taking his ambitions seriously then it’s adios amigos.
And this is one of the lessons that our new 21 day unlimited access pass members are learning in their first phase of training. Why?
because your social circle should be your support system…if you’re trying to lose weight it’s not only about YOUR willpower, it’s about having willing friends and family who don’t shove biscuits, chocolates and wine in your face.
Let’s imagine I stayed by your side 24/7, and went everywhere you did. Call me your junk food bodyguard…
Any time something came near you that shouldn’t I’d block it or push it away and handed you a
Wholemeal beef teriyaki wrap or
A chinese chicken stir fry or
Pomegranate salmon with couscous and
A fresh 4 berry with apple juice to wash it down
Not bad options, right?
And if you want to hire us as your personal body guard team you can do that here:
